Mark is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and a proud member of the CLHMS Elite Guild, signifying exceptional success in the $1M+ luxury home market. Mark’s success is grounded in a dynamic background. In the late 1970s and early 1980s, he spent four years as a journeyman in the NFL, earning practice squad roles with several teams before a career-ending injury cut his playing days short. That experience instilled in him a unique understanding of perseverance, team dynamics, and handling pressure—all of which translated seamlessly into a successful coaching career at both high school and college levels. Later, Mark brought this insight to the broadcast booth, serving as a color analyst for ESPN Radio, where his football IQ and authenticity resonated with listeners nationwide. He remains a respected college football insider, valued for his perspective on the game, the coaches, and the players.

This winning mindset carries over into every client relationship. Mark mentors newer agents, leads advanced training initiatives, and continues to raise the bar for service and results across the South Walton and Emerald Coast markets. Outside of real estate, Mark is an avid outdoorsman with a passion for both fishing and bowhunting. From 2013 through 2021, he fished competitively on the IFA Redfish Tour and the Elite Redfish Series, earning three tournament wins, sixteen Top 5, and twenty-nine Top 10 finishes. When not on the water, he’s most likely in the woods pursuing trophy whitetails, especially with a bow in hand. For Mark, there’s almost nowhere he’d rather be than in a treestand, embracing the quiet discipline and connection to nature that hunting brings.
